GROW WHEAT AND BARLEY GRASS YOURSELF
If you want, you can grow wheat and barley grass yourself. For this purpose, germinate the seeds for a few days in a glass with water or a germination machine (eg from Dehner, about 15 EURO). Then fill a container with moist soil and distribute the seedlings evenly on it. The skin should be left in a bright place and moistened twice a day. After about 10 days, the stalks are about 10 cm long. The upper 4 cm can then be harvested and processed.

Green muesli: For a morning extra dose of well-being, simply add the grass powder to the breakfast cereal or stir in the yoghurt. Tip: Fresh fruit turns the powder into an exotic taste experience. Mmm!
Power Smoothie: Our favorite smoothie: Peel and chop 1 banana, 1 apple, 2 kiwis and 1 clementine. Puree with 1 teaspoon barley or wheatgrass powder or 5 g fresh blades of grass in a blender. Sweet with agave syrup if desired.
Healthy Shot: During the day you should take about 3 teaspoons of the powder. A shot is ideal for this. Simply add 1 tsp powder of wheat or barley grass to about 30 ml of water.
